Who we are
Forest Carbon's directors are James Hepburne Scott and Stephen Prior.
James has many years' experience in the agricultural trading and finance sectors. He is now a tree nursery director, farmer and forester. He is also currently Chairman, Scotland, of the Forestry and Timber Association.
Stephen is a former secondary school headteacher who discovered another vocation - climate change mitigation - through his Durham University MBA dissertation in the area of environmental economics and carbon emissions trading. In December 2005 he presented on his MBA findings at a symposium at McGill University, Montreal, during the UN climate change conference.
